<br />
It is branded as Vauxhall Astra in the United Kingdom, the Buick Excelle XT in China and the Chevrolet Astra/Vectra in Latin America. The Saturn Astra was also built for the American and Canadian market, but sales were discontinued in 2009 due to the discontinuation of GM's Saturn marque. The Holden Astra was also discontinued in Australia in 2009 due to exchange rates making the car uncompetitive, and was replaced by the Holden Cruze. It is planned to return it to the Australian market in 2012 as the Opel Astra.[2]<br />

The Astra is now built in China, the United Kingdom, Brazil, South Africa, Poland and Ukraine, as well as being assembled from complete knock down (CKD) kits in other countries.<br />
The Astra nameplate originates from Vauxhall who had manufactured and marketed earlier generations of the Opel Kadett (the Kadett D (1979–1984) and Kadett E (1984–1991)) as Vauxhall Astra. Subsequent GM Europe policy standardised model nomenclature in the early 1990s whereby model names were the same in all markets regardless of whether the vehicle was being sold as an Opel or a Vauxhall.<br />
<br />
As of 2009, there have been four generations of the Astra. In a fashion typical for Opel they are designated with subsequent letters of the Latin alphabet. Opel's official convention is that the Astra is a logical continuation of the Kadett lineage, thus referring to the first generation of Opel Astra as the Astra F(the last Opel Kadett was the Kadett E). Another convention used by GM starts with Astra A, adopting the notion that the Astra is a separate model. Models sold as Vauxhall, Holden or Chevrolet have different generation designations reflecting the history of those nameplates in their home markets and their naming conventions.<br />
The Opel Astra F debuted in October 1991. With the Kadett E's successor, Opel adopted the Astra nameplate, which was already used by Vauxhall for the Kadett D and E (see Vauxhall Astra). It was offered as a three or five-door hatchback, a saloon (sedan), and an estate (wagon), known as the Caravan. A cabriolet was also offered, designed and built by Bertone in Italy. This car was offered in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Turkey with the name Astra Classic from 1998 to 2002. The Astra F finished production in 1998.<br />
<br />
The model was launched in Europe and South Africa in 1991. In South Africa it was produced under licence by Delta. However, the Kadett name was retained for the Astra hatchback until 1999. The South African Astra included a variant with a 2.0 L turbocharged engine called the Opel Astra 200t S. The 200t S was a specific name where Delta Motor Corporation wanted to show the specialty of the type, which could beat the M3 in a quarter mile in that time. The 200t S stands for: 200 for the horsepower, t for the turbocharger and S for the six speed transmission which was unique in it's class at those ages). Both engine and chassis was produced in limited numbers (250 only) in both sedan and hatchback guise in Opel's Hungarian factory at Szentgotthárd. The engine (C20LET) in the Opel Astra 200t S was sourced from the Opel Calibra and Opel Vectra A 4x4 2.0 16V turbo, 4 wheel drive found on European markets, but local engineers converted the 6 speed, 4 wheeldrive drivetrain (Getrag F28) to front wheel drive only and as such was unique to that market. Sedan, hatchback and station wagon models were offered under the Astra name. Controversially, the Kadett and Astra in South Africa won the title of 'Car of the Year' in two consecutive years (1993 and 1994) even though they were versions of the same car. South African nomenclature was denoted in centilitres, so the Astra and Kadett ranges featured 140, 160i, 180i and 200i models.<br />

The Opel Astra also became available in Australasia badged as a Holden, first in New Zealand in 1995, and then Australia in 1996. The first models were imported from the UK, but later models were imported from Belgium. The Holden Astra name had previously been used on rebadged Nissan Pulsar models from 1984 to 1989.<br />

Opel Astra's first generation was imported to Brazil. Chevrolet of Brazil sent the 2.0 liter/115 bhp engines to Belgium whence the completed cars took their way to Brazil. In 1996 the Brazilian government increased the import rate, though the car remained very expensive[citation needed]. The second generation was manufactured in Brazil.<br />

The Opel Astra F consisted of two main revisions and was revised in 1995, with the launch of Opel's new Ecotec engine. For a short period, a submodel which consisted of parts from both revisions was produced. The submodel used all the new Ecotec running gear, but many parts from the previous revision were used in order to use up leftover parts. Other main changes included mildly-altered exterior styling, and availability of new specification models.[citation needed]<br />
<br />
Aside from the South Africa-only Opel Astra 200t S, the lead model was the GSi — a 2.0 L I4 16V petrol injected model with 151 hp (110 kW), available as a 3-door only. It also featured sports bodykit and widened front seats in the interior. However, this was substituted in 1995 and was renamed as SPORT, although only a limited number were produced and the bodykit was removed also and it could be selected with the lower-powered, but more modern 'Ecotec' version, the X20XEV (136 hp, 100 kW) parallel with the C20XE. In Europe from 1994 all Astra models were offered with the 2.0 L 16V ECOTEC X20XEV parallel with the 2.0 L 8V (C20NE) engine, but the 3-door and station wagon models could be selected with the 151 hp (110 kW) C20XE engine. After the Astra F series has been replaced by the new generation Astra G in 1998, the also called "REDTOP" C20XE engine was written off by Opel.<br />

2. Am inceput prin a introduce maneta schimbatorului in PUNCTUL MORT (POZITIA 0), apoi am desfacut stiftul de la crucea dinaintea cilindrului, prin presarea celor doua sigurante cu un patent cu cioc, nu este necesara desfacerea decat a unui singur stift.<br />

Suruburile se pun deoparte.<br />

4. Se ridica usor de tot capacul, se poate apuca de cilindru si de partea opusa a acestuia; se roteste usor stanga dreapta in acelasi timp, pana cand iese complet afara. Motivul pentru care trebuie rotit este ca altfel cautatorul de viteze agata in furci.<br />

5. Acum revenim la capacul scos anterior, trebuie demontat ansamblul. Se va proceda in felul urmator:<br />
- se scoate siguranta 1. cu un cleste special ( eu neavand unul am folosit 2 patenti si un asistent care tinea fix de capac). ATENTIE, ar fi bine ca cineva sa tina flansa 2. apasata pe arcul 3. pentru ca altfel aceasta va sari.<br />
- se scoate flansa 2.; arcul 3.; saiba 4.; cautatorul de viteze 5.<br />

- se aduce cilindrul 8. in pozitia in care bila 6. este pozitionata in asa fel incat boltul 7. sa aiba loc pentru a cobora in capac.<br />
- se ia una bucata ciocan, si una bucata dorn de 5mm diametru:<br />

si se loveste usor boltul 7. pana cand iese complet; atentie inca odata la pozitia pieselor, boltul trebuie sa iasa in spatiul special prevazut, sa nu loveasca carcasa. Faceti un semn sau retineti cu care parte a fost in sus bila, semnul nu trebuie facut pe sfera propriu-zisa, ci pe suportul ei(cub). <br />
- acum se poate scoate cilindrul 8. si in final simeringul impingand cu o surubelnita prin crestatura 1. din poza urmatoare:<br />

- se curata totul frumos cu benzina, atentie sa nu se piarda nimic.<br />

6. Remontarea.<br />
- se unge carcasa in toate zonele solicitate cu ulei de CV, si introduce noul simering.<br />
- introduce cilindrul si bila. Cilindrul se roteste astfel incat tesitura 2. din poza de mai sus sa fie spre interiorul carcasei (in sensul sagetii)<br />
- se introduce boltul pana ajunge in pozitia in care este cel din poza de mai sus (3.)<br />
- se ung si se introduc celelalte piese in ordinea inversa a dezasamblarii lor. Nu uitati de saiba intre cautator si arc. La final va trebui sa arate asa:<br />

- se curata mariginile capacului, marginile cutiei, se pune noua garnitura si se monteaza capacul astfel incat coada scurta a cautatorului sa intre intre fruci. Se strang cele 4 suruburi.<br />
- se pune inapoi articulatia selectorului, se largesc urechile stiftului cu o surubelnita, iar apoi se introduce la locul lui.<br />

Acum pentru schimbarea uleiului, pt ca am vazut ca sunt pers care nu stiu despre ce capace e vorba, va pun poze si explicatii si pt asta:<br />

1. Se suspenda masina pe capre, se pune un vas de colectare sub, se demonteaza capacul de jos al CV care e prins cu "numeroase" suruburi cu o cheie tubulara de 11.<br />

Dai jos fetele de la usi.<br />
2. Dai jos chederul de la baza geamurilor, care este prins pe usa in exterior. De asemeni, dai jos chederul pe care culiseaza geamul in interiorul si exteriorul usii.<br />
3. Lasi geamul intr-o pozitie in care sa iti permita sa scoti suruburile care il prind in macara. O sa observi la baza geamului o tija metalica in care sunt practicate niste gauri. Prin acele gauri se prinde geamul in macara.<br />
4. Un asistent trage geamul in sus. Ca sa iasa, trebuie sa fie neaparat date jos chederele de la punctul 2.<br />
<br />
Mare grija sa nu scapi geamul in portiere sau pe langa, dupa ce il scoti. Daca vrei sa il asezi jos, sa il asezi intotdeauna pe partea bombata, pe o suprafata cat mai moale (o patura, perna, ceva). Cel mai bine il sprijini de un perete, cu partea bombata spre exterior, protejat cu o carpa.<br />

MONTAREA<br />
<br />
Dupa ce ungeti un pic cu vaselina(atentie nu folositi ulei pe cauciuc pt. ca il distruge) ca sa intre mai usor bucsele acelea in locasurile lor prindeti prima oara bucsa din spate apoi cea din fata.<br />
Dupa ce va chinuiti sa bagati capatul la pivot in locasul lui cu un cric ridicati de pivot tot sistemul ca sa stea presat pivotul la locul lui si insurubati piulita cat de strans puteti(nu exagerati ca sa nu fiti nevoiti sa luati alt pivot)Fixati bara stabilizatoare la loc strangeti piulitele si bucurativa de pivotii noi.<br />

SFATURI<br />
1Nu va apucati cand ploua afara(mai ales daca lucrati in parcare afara)<br />
2Aveti grija sa se potriveasca mandrina la bormasina cu burghiul inainte sa imprumutati bormasina<br />
3Vedeti sa dati gaurile in nituri exact in centru(au o adancitura de ghidaj) ca sa nu largiti gaura la brat<br />
4Daca tot desfaceti verificati dinainte daca nu cumva si alte bucse de pe acolo sunt uzate, ca daca tot desfaceti si va chinuiti sa rezolvati toate problemele odata<br />
5Nu strangeti suruburile la roti pana se rup precum cumnatul meu<br />

Pentru demontarea alternatorului se desfac cele 4 suruburi din fata cu o cheie speciala pe care eu nu am avut-o si am improvizat cu o tubulara 1/4<br />

Rotorul iese odata cu capacul din fata si pentru a le separa trebuie sa desfacem fulia. Puteti prinde rotorul intr-o menghina (daca aveti), fara sa strangeti prea tare. Nu prindeti de fulie ca se stramba f usor. Eu nu am avut menghina si am blocat rotorul de capac cum se vede in imagine<br />

Initial rulmentul este incastrat in capac. Acesta are un guler care vine peste camasa exterioara a rulmentului, cred ca este turnat direct pe rulment. La mine nu mai se vede acel guler pt ca l-am spart data trecuta cand am schimbat rulmentii<br />

Rulmentul nou se preseaza in capac sau puteti sa il bateti (neindicat) cu ajutorul unei tevi care sa se potriveasca pe camasa exterioara a rulmentului, eu am folosit o tubulara de 32 care s-a potrivit perfect. Ungeti cu putina vaselina capacul pentru a facilita alunecarea rulmentului la presare<br />

Daca partea pe care culiseaza carbunii are rizuri prea mari, poate fi slefuita cu o fasie de smirghel f fin de 400 sau 600. Daca nu are rizuri nu umblati la ea ca nu se stie daca reusiti sa o slefuiti uniform si s-ar putea sa produceti mai mult rau decat bine<br />

Cu o surubelnita indesati in partea de sus a display-ului paralel cu suruburile scoase la pasul precedent. Se trage usor de partea in care ati introdus surubelnita. Actiunea se repeta pe rand in ambele parti a display-ului pana acesta iese complet<br />

Cu o surubelnita introduceti usor sub lamelele de metal de pe display (pe care la pasul precedent ati apasat pentru a putea scoate display-ul) si indoiti usor metalul in partea opusa carcasei display-ului. Actiunile acestui pas sunt posibile si la finalul schimbului de beculetze dar deseori se uita si e bine sa il faceti acum astfel incat sa nu fiti nevoiti sa il mai scoateti o data pt a indoi lamele de fixare. Exista posibilitatea (mai mult ca sigur) sa zdrangane, ne-fiind fixat cum trebuie.<br />

Cu ajutorul unui cleste cu varf subtire se invarte de beculetze intr-0 parte si se trage USOR in sus pana acestea ies din soclul lor.<br />

Daca nu aveti la indemana un cleste mai exista o posibilitate, nu dispera. Scoate mufa (mufele) din spatele display-ului. Pe laterala acestuia este cate o clema de imbinare a carcasei frontale cu cea posterioara. Apasa pe aceste 2 cleme de plastic si scoate capacul din spate (Nu se apasa pe clemele din partea superioara si inferioara a displayului, fiinca acelea tin placa de circuite)(partile laterale sunt acele parti din dreapta si stanga display-ului cum este montat acesta in soclul sau in bord)<br />
Dupa scoaterea capacului posterior scoateti becurile cu mana in aceeasi metoda cum le-ati desface cu clestele (invartiti intr-o directie si trageti USOR in sus).<br />

Acum trebuie sa scoate mufa cu cabluri. Pentru asta, cu o surubelnita subtire, se desfac clemele indicate cu sageti albastre.<br />

Dupa ce ati ramas cu maneta de semnalizare in mana va recomand sa mergeti undeva la caldura (s-ar putea sa dureze vreo doua ore pana o montati inapoi, cand o desfaceti prima data), pe o masa, ca sa nu se poata pierde din piese.<br />
Cu o surubelnita subtire se desfac clemele de pe o parte si de pe partea opusa, din prima poza de mai jos, dupa care se desfac si celelalte doua cleme (in total 6 cleme). Maneta ar trebui sa se desfaca pe din doua, in sensul indicat de sagetile din cea de a treia poza de mai jos.<br />

In poza cu numarul <span style="color: royalblue;">4</span> am notat cu numarul <span style="color: red;">1</span> lamelele si arculetele care le puteti vedea montate in poza cu numarul <span style="color: royalblue;">3</span>.<br />
In cazul in care vi se cupleaza pe faza lunga daca impingeti umpic de maneta(catre pozitia de faza lunga), pana sa sara pe faza lunga, sau daca dati intr-o groapa si vi se pune pe faza lunga, din nou fara sa sara maneta pe pozitia de faza lunga, atunci aveti de curatat lamelele din poza cu numarul <span style="color: royalblue;">4</span>, notate cu <span style="color: red;">2</span> si <span style="color: red;">4</span>.<br />
Daca nu mai merge sa dati flashuri(blituri), in momentul cand trageti de maneta catre voi, atunci trebuie sa curatati locurile indicate de sageti in poza de mai jos. Pentru a avea acces in zonele respective trebuie sa trageti umpic de lamela ca sa iasa de sub ciocul respectiv.<br />
<span style="color: red;">Atentie!</span> Ca sa curatati lamela va trebui sa trageti de ea destul de tare in sus. Dupa ce o curatati bagati ceva in locul indicat cu sageata rosie, pentru o ii aduce curbura lamelei aproximativ la forma originala. Mare atentie sa nu o indoiti prea tare in jos. In momentul cand o bagati din nou sub ciocul respectiv cele doua zone curatate indicate cu sageti albastru nu trebuie sa fie in contact. Daca puneti maneta sus si nu o sa va mearga flashurile, sau trebuie sa trageti tare de maneta ca sa mearga, sa stiti ca mai trebuie umblat la curbura lamelei.<br />

Mai intai se monteaza cele doua arcuri notate cu <span style="color: red;">3</span> din figura <span style="color: royalblue;">4</span> de mai sus, dupa cum este indicat cu sageti in poza de mai jos.<br />

Se monteaza una dintre cele doua lamele notate cu <span style="color: red;">4</span> din figura <span style="color: royalblue;">4</span> de mai sus. Cele doua lamele sunt la fel, aveti doar grija cum le montati, ca una vine montata intr-un fel, cealalta invers. Uitati-va atent la poze ca sa vedeti diferenta.<br />

Se monteaza lamela mare pe cele doua arcuri montate deja. Aveti grija sa o montati cu partea care trebuie in sus. Trebuie sa intre cele doua ridicaturi de pe ea in centrul arcurilor.<br />

Se monteaza maneta si v-a trebui sa impingeti umpic de rola din capat pentru o putea intra maneta la locul ei. Cel mai probabil v-a trebui si sa impingeti umpic cu o surubelnita subtire de tabla montata anterior, in sensul indicat de sageata rosie, pentru a intra de tot maneta in locasul ei. Impingeti cu simt ca sa nu indoiti tablita. Daca nu se impinge scoateti maneta afara si mai incercati o data.<br />

Urmeaza sa montati capatul liber al arculetelor pe cepii indicati cu sageti rosii. Eu am folosit un astfel de ac (mi se pare ca se foloseste pe la crosetat), daca nu aveti asa ceva probabil merge sa confectionati unul dintr-o sarma mai tare. Cu el am agatat capatul liber al unuia dintre arculete si am departat cele doua carcase pana cand s-a vazut varful celor doi cepi.<br />

Daca face click si cealalta clema v-a trebui sa o desfaceti pentru ca nu o sa mai puteti largi carcasa ca sa montati cel de-al doilea arculet.<br />

L-am demontat de pe motor (aveţi nevoie de nişte imbus-uri în stea ... nu ştiu denumirea lor exactă, dar eu asta am folosit); are o conexiune la partea electrică printr-o mufă cu 4 pini, pentru că e motoraş pas-cu-pas, e prins (destul de strâns) în două şuruburi. Am impresia că trebuie făcut şi un "idle learn" după operaţiunea asta, sau poate mă înşel. Instalatia electrica<br />

Se iau mufele donoare (poza 4) se impinge siguranta 1 ( la aceasta mufa lipseste inelul de blocare; la cele cu inel este putin mai dificil, dar nu imposibil) pana se blocheaza (iese 3-4 mm).<br />
Se introduce o surubelnita gen ceasornicar in orificiile 2 si se extrag conectorii din mufa. Sunt necesari 12 astfel de papuci pentru usa stanga si 10 pentru dreapta. Mufele au pinii numerotati de la 1 la 30 si firele sunt colorate diferit.<br />
Se vor scoate urmatoarele fire:<br />
2 negru alb<br />
3 albastru<br />
4 gri<br />
11 negru *<br />
12 maro <br />
14 rosu galben 1.5mm<br />
17 albastru rosu <br />
18 gri verde<br />
20 negru rosu (in schema negru gri dar eu nu l-am gasit)<br />

La suruburile 3 si 4, desi in poza nu se vad, exista acces direct dupa indepartarea ornamentului din poza 13.<br />

Poza 17 Blocul de sigurante<br />
Daca acestea exista, se cauta in mufele de sub ornament prag (Poza 18) , pinul 75. In mod normal firul este rosu-galben de 1.5 mm sectiune si pe mufa mama nu are corespondent. Se scoate din mufa, se dezizoleaza pe ~15 mm astfel obtinandu-se legatura pentru firele ce vin din mufele X31 si X32 pini 14 (plus prin contact si sig 30A conform Poza 6 Reprezentarea schematica a conexiunilor). Inexistenta contactelor la sig 10 atrage dupa sine preluarea unui +12v de pe contact printr-o sig montata independent.<br />

Se deconecteaza mufa dintre usa si stalp prin rasucirea inelului de blocare 2, apoi se trage de mufa pana ce aceasta se deconecteaza. <br />

Poza 19 Mufa originala ce urmeaza a se modifica <br />
Se scoate ptotectia de cauciuc a mufei usii din stalp prin tragere. <br />
Se introduce un fir ajutator 1 (am folosit FY de 1mm) dinspre stalp spre mufa. De acest fir se leaga, firul care in prealabil a fost conectata cu manunchiul de fire ce trebuie introduse in mufa existenta (Poza 8 Fire legate). Se leaga strans fara a ingrosa excesiv legatura, se izoleaza cu banda pentru a usura trecerea prin mansonul de cauciuc, si se trag noile fire.<br />
Operatiunea se repeta identic la usa din dreapta cu mentiunea ca aici avem 10 fire noi si nu 12, asa cum avem la usa din stanga<br />

Poza 21 Fire noi trase, pregatite de conectare<br />

Se introduc noii papuci in mufa, (in prealabil se vor distanta sigurantele de blocare daca au fost stranse la scoatere) de la centrul mufei spre exterior, respectandu-se corelarea dintre culoare firelor si pozitia lor in mufa. Atentie la numerotarea pinilor mufei. Acestia sunt marcati doar la inceputul si sfarsitul randului din 2 in 2 randuri. Inainte de apasarea sigurantei 1 din poza 4 recomand verificarea pozitionarii corecte a firelor. Orice fir pus pe alta locatie decat cea din schema duce cel putin la nefunctionarea instalatiei. Cu putina atentie iese din prima<br />
<br />
Se cuponeaza firul nou de 0.75 ce urmeaza a se conecta la 3 m si se marcheaza intr-un mod usor de identificat la ambele capete . Conform Poza 6 sunt necesare 8 fire care sa conecteze cele 2 mufe. Se incepe de la conectorul din dreapta, se introduc firele unul cate unul prin spatele placii cu sigurante. Sugestie de conectare cu ajutorul starfixurilor duble de 0.75 (merge si prin torsadare)<br />

Poza 22 Fire conectate<br />
Nr 1 sugestie de marcare a firelor; 2 starfix dublu de 0.75. (Sunt tuburi de metal, cu un capat izolat, in care se introduc firele si apoi se crimpeaza cu un cleste de sertizat. Se folosesc in special pentru legarea firelor multifilare in riglete.)<br />
Conform Poza 6 Firele 12 si 29 (si conexiunea 31 a releului) se leaga impreuna cu un fir de 1.5 care se pun la sasiu cu ajutorul papucilor CT 6/4 <br />

In partea stanga, firul 11 se conecteaza cu 30 si 15 de la releul de oglinzi, toate 3 plecand pe un singur fir spre mufa din dreapta, fir ce se va lega la orice fir negru de 0.75.(eu am ales sa il conectez la firul negru din mufa TID-ului, deoarece tot manunchiul de fire trece prin spatele TID-ului)<br />

Firele se vor strange in manunchi, cu ajutorul colierelor de plastic, se vor lega din loc in loc de instalatia existenta, cu mici bucle de compensare in caz ca mai trebuia deplasat. <br />
Conexiunile noi se vor izola cu banda cu atentie pentru a se evita scutcircuitarea instalatiei. Se trage burduful peste mufe si se unge locasul din stalp cu putina vasilna, pentru a "convinge" mufa sa intre usor in stalpInstalatia electrica fiind gata, se incepe operatiunea de demontare/montare macarale geamuri. Se incepe prin demontarea fetelor de usi<br />

Poza 26 Fata de usa stanga<br />

Se scot şuruburile din pozitiile 3, se continua cu scoaterea siguranţei de la manerul macaralelor manuale 2, apoi se scoate masca de plastic 1 sub care se mai gaseste un surub. Prin introducerea unei surubelnite in linie intre capitonaj si usa se forteaza usor, de jur imprejur, pana ce se desprind toate capsele de plastic si se scoate capitonajul. Se repeta operatia la usa din dreapta.<br />

Poza 27 Usa fara capitonaj<br />

Se incepe cu demontarea macaralelor manuale. Cu o bormasina echipata cu un spiral intre 6 si 10 mm se taie popniturile 1 (4 buc). Cu ajutorul manerului se aduce geamul intr-o pozitie intermediara. ( Aici aveti nevoie de un asistent pentru a va usura munca ; acesta trebuie sa tina geamul suspendat. Daca nu are cine sa tina geamul, acesta se va bloca in cheder cu ajutorul unei pene de lemn). Se desfac suruburile notate cu 2, suruburi care tin a treia patina a macaralei. Se noteaza pozitia lor cu un marker, pentru a se remonta in aceeasi pozitie (in cazul in care suruburile nu au lasat urme pe vopsea). Se scoate patina de pe sina, se indeparteaza sina, se strang bratele macaralei la maxim ( patinele 3 si 4 vor fi in pozitiile cele mai distantate). Cu o miscare inainte inapoi se scot patinele 3 si 4 de pe sina inferioara. Se ridica geamul cat se poate de sus si se extrage macaraua.<br />

Poza 28 Oglinzile manuale<br />

Suruburile 3 sunt acoperite de ornamentul interior ce tine tweeterul. De pe acesta se scoate burduful de reglaj al oglinzii manuale. Ornamentul are 2 bumbi de plastic similari cu cei de pe tapiseria usii dar unpic mai mici ce se prind in gaurile notate cu 1. Pentru scoaterea ornamentului se trage ferm de partea de jos atat cat sa iasa din bumbi, apoi se trage usor spre spatele masinii pentru a iesi de pe sina. Inainte de indepartarea totala se scoate mufa tweeterului. Dupa scoaterea ornamentului se desfac suruburile notate cu 3.<br />

Poza 29 Cablurile din usa<br />

La pozitia 2 se vad urmele suruburilor de la sina. Pentru scoaterea cablurilor se comprima bumbi notati cu 1 si se imping inauntru. Se scot mufele de la inchidere, (2 buc) apoi se detaseaza mufa de pe usa.<br />

Poza 30 Mufa de pe usa <br />

Pentru detasarea mufei din usa, se comprima piedicile 1 si se impinge spre exterior. Se scote instalatia veche, apoi se introduce noua instalatie. Se fixeaza cablurile cu bumbi 1 din poza 29, se duc mufele pe pozitii (mufele sunt compatibile 100%)<br />

Poza 31 Oglinzile electrice<br />

Se fixeaza noile oglinzi cu ajutorul suruburilor 1, se conecteaza mufa oglinzilor, apoi se remonteaza ornamentul interior urmand pasii de mai sus in ordine inversa.<br />

Pozitia 1 arata gaura pe unde ies cablurile pentru comanda oglinzi, geam dreapta si tweeter. Pozitia 2 arata locul unde vine fixata mufa de la butonul geamului dreapta<br />

Poza 33 Macara electrica<br />

Se pregatesc 8 suruburi M5x15 mm cu seibi si piulite. Se introduce macaraua in usa si printr-o culisare stanga dreapta se reintroduc patinele pe sina geamului. Se munteaza cele 4 suruburi notate cu 1 de la interior spre exterior si se apropie piulitele. Se monteaza patina <br />
pe sina usii si se strang suruburile 3 pe vechile pozitii. Se strang definitiv suruburile 1, si se conecteaza toate mufele. Se repeta operatiunea identic la usa din stanga.<br />

Poza 34 Prinderi conectori usa stanga<br />

Pozitia 1 gaura tehnologica de iesire a cablurilor catre echipamentele electrice , 2 mufa de la butonul de reglare a oglinzilor, 3 mufa de la comanda geamurilor ce vine fixata in pozitia 4. In acest moment se poate face o prima verificare a functionarii echipamentelor montate. Se cupleaza butoanele de comanda, se pune contactul si se actioneaza pe rand geamurile si oglinzile pentru verificarea unei functionari corecte. Dupa incheierea verificarilor cu succes, se poate incepe fixarea partilor ce au fost demontate<br />

Poza 35 Cabluri butoane geam dreapta sau reglaj oglinzi stanga<br />

Se vede traseul firelor (pozitia 2), pe marginea superioara a fetei de usa. Pozitia 1 identifica clemele ce trebuie desfacute pentru introducerea firelor pe traseul dorit. In cazul in care nu au fost achizitionate fete de usi de la o masina dotata cu geamuri electrice, mai aveti de modificat, locasul de fixare al butoanelor de geamuri de pe usa stanga. Aceasta se va face cu ajutorul unei freze manuale, cu mare atentie, din aproape in aproape, proband butoanele pana ce acestea se fixeaza satisfacator. <br />

Eu nu am gasit o pereche de fete care sa imi placa sau sa se asorteze cu actuala tapiserie a masinii si am optat pentru montarea vechilor fete.
